Free Quilt Pattern

This pattern has not yet been tested in full.  If you finish this pattern I’d love to hear from you.

Finished my first small squares quilt. My very own design.

My original quilt was created as I went along. At first, my plan was to make the quilt similar to another postage stamp quilt I had seen. However, I ended up changing the layout as the quilt progressed.  Not having a clue what it truly was going to look like until I finished the top.  I’m very pleased with the colorful, cheery and cozy quilt that resulted from letting my instincts guide me along.

Hope you enjoy it.

Small scrappy quilt. This quilt is put together using as many different prints and colors as your able. Smaller sized prints seem to work the best.  If you happen to have a large amount of small fabric pieces left over from previous projects. Well, now is the perfect time to use them.

If your wanting to speed up the process, producing a fair amount of squares in a shorter length of time. I recommend using a rotary cutter instead of scissors. Multiple layers of fabric can be cut, reduce your cutting time.
